- Any person offertories that request a receipt can be entered

Service Data
Church Net provides Service wise offertory report at the end of each service.
- Apart from maintaining income in each Ledger as per accounting procedure, Church Net also provide option to generate Income report for each service
- After entry of each service offertory, fund wise report for the total income is provided for quick and easy bank deposit on the next day.
- Treasurer can take a print out of service report and get it signed by people who counted the offertory as proof of evidence for offertory received.
Ledger wise report
Church Net provides Ledger wise report of all Income and expenses.
- To manage fund for every Church specific activities such as Village Ministry, Charity, Fellowship
- To have a working plan as per the budget prepared earlier
Fund wise report
Church Net provides Fund wise reporting such as General fund report, Building Fund report, Parish hall fund…
- Under each Fund report the list of ledgers with their Summary of Income and Expense for that period will be given
- Total Income and Expense for a fund for a particular period can be generated any time
- This will help to manage Fund deposit and expense at multiple Bank accounts for those funds
- Option to plan transfer of funds between Funds and manage the retransfer is enabled in Church Net
Assessable and Non Assessable
As per Diocesan Procedure, Church Net provides Assessable and Non Assessable report of Income and Expense.
- While creating a Ledger option is provided to declare whether that Ledger is assessable or Non assessable
- Income and Expense report can be taken anytime for any period
Export data to excel and Tally
Importing your accounts data to Excel and Tally
- Church Net provides option to export Receipts and Payments entry to Excel.
- These excel data can be imported to Tally.
